Artist and Writer born in Mexico City, Mexico in 1965. She graduated from Kansas State University (Kansas, USA) in 1994 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Design. She is a published Author for Oxford University Press (UK) and Cambridge University Press (UK). Aside from her academic works, she has solely worked on commissioned art pieces since 2013. She currently creates artwork with encaustic, casein, egg tempera, oil, and silver point media.
An estuary is the place where a river and the ocean meet. The open hand with the sea shell represents the opening up to receiving universal love. The hand and sea shell are placed on the golden ratio. The head rests on the river side (flow of thought and emotion) and the receiving hand rests on the ocean side (depth and source).
